What a first week! A networking event on Tuesday at JuJu on Kings Road ( @JuJuKingsRoad) saw our individual Chai-Spiced Cakes do the rounds.  Wide-eyed smiles began to fill the room like a wave as the delicate chai-infused sponge, enveloped in our cardamom marshmallow frosting melted in people's mouths.  Our miniature Rose & Cardamom cakes also worked the room, their glossy, pink butter-cream coats filling it with colour as the dim lighting caught the vibrant hues of the crushed pistachio nuts sprinkled on top (shown here without nuts).  Great feedback and a great first event!

Thursday saw our first official order hit the streets over at Fever Designs ( @feverdesigns) to support the launch of their new spring collection.  Shoppers browsed their vintage-inspired dresses whilst sipping bubbles and enjoying miniature Chai or Rose & Cardamom cupcakes.  We also provided Spiced-Ginger Shortbread Hearts, made with 3 types of ginger & sprinkled with our spiced-ginger sugar blend.  It's light texture and carefully balanced spice even wins over the ginger-phobic-biscuit-lovers in the crowd.

The week ended with an order for a very lucky supplier of a large book retailer who was treated to 2 boxes of giant Chai-Spiced cupcakes topped with our cardamom marshmallow frosting as well as 2 large gift packs of Spiced-Ginger Shortbread.
